Online Complaint (SPGRS) Alternatively, as a result customer may register complaint online. for which an icon “Online Complaint (SPGRS)” is available at home page of bank’s website. Upon lodging the complaint in SPGRS, after the system provides a “Tracker Id ” as an acknowledgement ,customer can also  track the progress of the complaint. For this, Complainant has to preserve the “Tracker Id” reference.
